“I don’t really like big cities, but different circumstances made me stay in Colombo for 5 days. And I am also not really good in making decisions... which hostel should I take? My intuition (and also the ratings on booking.com) told me: Miracle City Inn Hostel! And yes it was the right choice. Such a lovely place to be. Everything is super clean, dorms have AC and big beds with curtains, shared bathroom (cleaned twice a day!) and on the rooftop you have a nice kitchen and the terrace with the possibility of doing your laundry or just hanging out and meeting people. Got an amazing special breakfast with porridge out of greens from the terrace <3
The people here are super friendly, helpful and you can feel the love they are giving to this place in every part of the hostel. I could imagine staying longer in the big city now ? and if I am coming back to Colombo for sure to the Miracle. Really appreciating the effort and passion of people for creating spaces like this, where you feel welcome and home the moment you enter. Thank you and keep on spreading the love!! All the best!”

“My stay at Miracle Inn hostel was a very pleasant stay. I felt very welcome and the people who worked there were always willing to answer any question you had. The rooms were very clean and there was plenty of space and privacy. The bonus was the terrace upstairs where you could use the kitchen and have a quit space to relax. “Accueil chaleureux des notre arrivee a Colombo. L’emplacement de l’hostel est tres pratique, proche de plusieurs commerces. Le batiment est beau et propre avec un rooftop ouvert, donnant une tres belle vue sur la ville. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin y est. Un de nos hotes, Sharonne, est une excellente cuisiniere, la nourriture y est vraiment tres bonne. “I arrived to Colombo after midnight with nowhere to sleep, the staff were nice enough to welcome me in such a short notice and waited for me to make sure I safely arrive and have a place to stay the night. The rooms are great and the hostel contains everything you need for a joyful stay. The staff helped us with anything we needed, made us delicious food and took us for a shopping session in the near market...."
